Remote (United States) | REMOTE POSITION

Fusion Growth Partners is looking for a Partnership Executive who can do something rare: open doors and then walk through them with sophistication. If you are equally comfortable cold prospecting and sitting across from a six-figure entrepreneur as their trusted advisor, this role was built for you.

What You're Selling

You will represent one of the most compelling investment propositions in the country. Fusion Growth Partners — an Inc. 5000 company ranked 813th nationally — deploys capital, staff, and infrastructure directly into the businesses of high-performing residential real estate agents. We fund their marketing, hire their team, and build the operational engine. Our partners do not pay us a coaching fee — we earn a return from the revenue growth we help them generate.

Phase 1: Sales & Business Development

You will prospect, present, and close new partner relationships through structured Zoom conversations with high-earning real estate professionals. Our close rate at the final deal stage exceeds 50%. This phase demands intensity: outbound calling, disciplined follow-up, and pipeline ownership.

Phase 2: Advisory & Portfolio Management

As your book grows, you transition into a board-level advisor role — running strategy sessions, driving accountability, and ensuring every partner in your portfolio is scaling. You will need the poise to influence strong-willed entrepreneurs and guide them toward decisions that require patience.

The Entrepreneurial Path

Fusion is expanding nationally. As you build, you can become a Contract Negotiator (Hero) running final deal closes for the broader team, build a Consulting Portfolio generating recurring revenue-share income, or build and lead your own division as Vice President — with an override on every client your team brings in.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based, revenue-sharing role.
