The position will support month-end close processes as well as assisting with payroll, accounts receivable, commissions, and sales tax compliance. This is a remote position and reports to the Director of Treasury & FP&A. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will make a difference in the following ways:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</li> <li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, including maintaining general ledger accuracy and assisting with audit requests.</li> <li>Process payroll activities, including payroll reconciliation and employee commission calculations and reporting.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations by preparing and submitting accurate and timely sales tax filings.</li> <li>Assist with accounts receivable processes, including collections support and resolution of outstanding balances.</li> <li>Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support ongoing accounting operations and compliance initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you bring:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li><strong>Education & Experience</strong> - Bachelor's degree in accounting with five (5) or more years of progressive finance experience</li> <li><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong> - SAP or other advanced ERP knowledge is required; Experience preparing journal entries with a strong background in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, sum if’s, etc.) and data analysis is required.  ADP or other payroll platform knowledge is required. </li> <li><strong>We reach for greatness</strong> - Demonstrate strategic thinking with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>Let’s Create Possibilities Together.</strong></p> <p><strong><br></strong>Join a global community shaping the future of intelligent connectivity.
