This person should bring hands-on experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting recruiting platforms, with a strong understanding of requisition management, candidate workflows, interview processes, offers, onboarding handoffs, recruiting data, compliance considerations, and the downstream impact recruiting technology has across the employee lifecycle. Experience leading or partnering on integrations between recruiting systems and Workday is especially important, including requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, issue resolution, launch readiness, and post-go-live support.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate is a strategic, cross-functional partner who can connect people, process, data, and technology at scale. They should be comfortable working closely with Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, People Operations, HRIS, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and senior business stakeholders to define scalable solutions, influence decisions, and drive alignment across complex initiatives.
