Performance Analyst and Educator

<p><span>Nemours is seeking a Performance Analyst and Educator, (Full-Time), to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida. </span></p> <p><span>The Performance Analyst and Educator I (PAE) position resides within the Quality Assurance and Training Department of Patient Financial Services. This role is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying improvement opportunities, assisting in process improvement projects, and providing training to the Patient Financial Services departments. Prioritizing the opportunities identified, gathering research data, analyzing the information, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations will be instrumental for the PAE.</span></p> <p><span>The associate will participate with multi-disciplinary teams to initiate countermeasures and monitor the impact of implemented countermeasures by means of audits. In addition, position will require travel to satellite location for training related functions as necessary or requested. PAE will serve as a Revenue Cycle subject expert, answering questions and providing the necessary support and guidance.
