Your focus will be on hands-on media campaign management, campaign strategy, and team development. You will collaborate closely with sales and client success teams to ensure best-in-class campaign performance, drive client engagement, and foster business growth. You will also be responsible for sharing campaign ideas, highlighting successful tactics, and prompting valuable client discussions and upsell opportunities.<br><br>The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, adeptly shifting between strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, cross-departmental collaboration, and team mentorship.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Media Campaign Management: Spend approximately 25% of your time directly managing media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and Amazon. This includes campaign setup, optimization, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure high ROI for clients. </li><li>Collaboration with Sales & Client Success: Partner with sales and client success teams to share campaign ideas, highlight what's working, and facilitate discussions that drive client value and upsell opportunities. </li><li>Best Practices & Documentation: Ensure that media campaign and creative best practices are documented, regularly updated, and shared with the broader team. </li><li>Team Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members on campaign management, creative strategy, and platform best practices.
