We're going through a massive growth period and looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist (aka Performance Marketing Manager) who owns their accounts end to end.<br><br><strong>The Opportunity<br><br></strong>This is not an execution-only role. You will own a portfolio of client accounts, running bi-weekly calls, managing campaign performance, writing ad copy, and being the primary point of contact for your clients. You are the strategist and the doer. If you want to hide behind a project manager and just push buttons in Ads Manager, this is not the role for you.<br><br>You'll report to the Associate Director of Operations and have direct responsibility for client retention and results.<br><br><strong>Role And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><em>Client Ownership<br><br></em><ul><li>Own client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact</li><li>Run bi-weekly client calls to review performance, discuss strategy, and align on next steps</li><li>Send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before scheduled calls</li><li>Build trust and relationships that drive renewals and referrals<br><br></li></ul><em>Paid Media Execution<br><br></em><ul><li>Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking</li><li>Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing</li><li>Monitor daily performance and make adjustments to hit cost per appointment targets</li><li>Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop intervention strategies<br><br></li></ul><em>Copy and Creative Strategy<br><br></em><ul><li>Write ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences</li><li>Develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing</li><li>Collaborate with video editors on creative production</li><li>Use AI tools to accelerate copywriting while maintaining quality<br><br></li></ul><em>Technical Setup<br><br></em><ul><li>Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events</li><li>Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues between ad platforms and client systems<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><em>Required Experience<br><br></em><ul><li>5+ years of experience in paid media, specifically Meta advertising</li><li>Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously</li><li>Proven track record of hitting performance targets and retaining clients</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with ability to write compelling ad copy and scripts</li><li>Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Experience<br><br></strong>Experience in the financial services vertical. Understanding of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns. Familiarity with video sales letter marketing methodology. Experience with high-ticket, considered purchase funnels.<br><br><em>Skills and Attributes<br><br></em>You take ownership. When something breaks, you fix it.
