This role combines executive‑level relationship management with deep oversight of pharmacy benefit administration (PBA) services, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and cost‑effective solutions aligned with client goals.</p> <p>The Account Director serves as a trusted advisor to state Medicaid leadership, driving clinical strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across all pharmacy services.
