Team Summary: Within the Real Estate department, the Security team is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all NOA personnel as well as deterring property damage, trespassing, and theft. We focus on providing a safe workspace through 24/7 electronic monitoring and physical response. Security services include emergency and non-emergency first aid, after-hours access and escorts, employee badges, parking, lost and found, business closure information, and more. ** Role is full-time approx. 40hrs per week. Shift is Thursday/Friday 9pm-5am and Saturday/Sunday 5pm-5am (overnight weekends) ** DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Identify and prioritize physical security and safety needs for staff and properties. Monitor physical security operations center including electronic access control, network video, mass notification, and fire detection systems in a Security Operations Center. Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, threats, activated alarms, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, suspicious activity, and other incidents or conditions. Manage company identification and access card processes. Perform duties related to the control, monitoring, and granting of access into controlled areas. Investigate and respond to reported suspicious activity. Provide excellent service, customer relations and communications skills in dealing with employees, vendors, visitors, and contractors. Create and maintain an atmosphere that is responsive, courteous, and respect; presents a professional image of Physical Document physical security activities and incidents to comply with company records retention policy. Provide oversight and direction to contract security personnel. Conduct proactive interior and exterior marked vehicle and foot patrols for deterrent and incident response. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS 3 to 5 years of related experience required. High school diploma or equivalent, Specialized training in security procedures or equivalent preferred. Must obtain first aid and CPR/AED certification after hiring. Frequent to constant standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time. Work site may be normal office with moderate noise level or outside work in all environmental conditions including heat, rain, wind, and snow Carry and utilize two-way radio. Physical mobility and stamina to run, rapidly ascend/descend flight of stairs. Overtime, holiday, and varying shift work may be required Must have valid Driver’s License and clean driving record. Interact and communicate professionally and effectively with employees, contractors, and visitors. Ability to work in an environment with moderate levels of stress. This position requires, upon offer, that a pre-employment drug screen be completed due to the safety sensitive nature of the job and/or work environment. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is onsite in North Bend, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
