In this role, you won’t just ship features—you’ll define and drive the “Data to Insight” journey for our customers.</p> <p data-start="393" data-end="713">You’ll sit at the center of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, shaping a product that integrates deeply within the ERP ecosystem. You must be ready to roll up your sleeves, operate in the weeds, and drive outcomes through expertise and influence.</p> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End Product Ownership:</strong> Act as the primary owner of the product lifecycle. You set the direction, write the PRDs, define the acceptance criteria, and groom the backlog with precision.</li> <li><strong>Deep Customer Discovery:</strong> Personally conduct user interviews and shadow finance teams. You are on the front lines, deeply understanding the daily pain points of AP clerks, Controllers, and CFOs.</li> <li><strong>Influence Without Authority:</strong> Lead cross-functional pods (Engineering, Design, PMM) by context and conviction. You align disparate teams around a unified sprint goal and ensure high-quality shipping.</li> <li><strong>Data & Analytics Harvesting:</strong> Dive directly into product analytics and usage data. You don't wait for a report; you find the answers yourself to inform your next iteration.</li> <li><strong>Go-to-Market Enablement:</strong> Get your hands dirty in the GTM motion.
