Position Overview PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Pricing Operations Manager to be responsible for managing and executing pricing operations across PetVet Care Centers' hospital network. This role owns pricing implementation, monitoring, compliance, and documentation, and serves as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and hospital leadership to ensure pricing decisions are accurate, consistent, and scalable. This role requires strong project management and communication skills, operational judgment, and the ability to independently manage pricing initiatives in a multi-site healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Pricing Operations & Ownership • Own the end-to-end execution of pricing changes across PetVet Care Centers hospitals • Manage pricing governance processes, including approvals, documentation, and controls • Ensure pricing standards are applied consistently while accounting for local market considerations Pricing Strategy Development • Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, and customer demand to develop and recommend pricing strategies for veterinary products and services • Conduct pricing research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and profitability • Identify opportunities to improve margin, pricing compliance, and service mix Cross-Functional Partnership • Serve as a primary pricing partner to Finance, Operations, and hospital leadership • Provide pricing guidance and recommendations to field and corporate teams • Support acquisition onboarding by leading pricing alignment for newly acquired hospitals Systems & Process Improvement • Maintain pricing accuracy and data integrity across practice management systems • Support pricing process improvements, automation, and documentation • Partner with IT and data teams on system enhancements related to pricing Change Management & Enablement • Lead pricing rollouts, communications, and training support for hospital teams • Monitor adoption and compliance; proactively address issues and risks • Support escalation and resolution of pricing-related challenges Qualifications (Required) • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field • 4–6+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, financial analysis, or related roles • Experience supporting multi-location or services-based organizations • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability • Proven ability to manage projects independently and influence cross-functional partners Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Experience in veterinary, dental, or healthcare services organizations • Familiarity with veterinary practice management systems (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone, EzyVet) • Exposure to BI tools, SQL, or pricing software What We Offer We care deeply about supporting our team members — professionally and personally.
