As a Principal Product Consultant, you'll embed with client teams as both strategic advisor and hands-on product leader, leaving every engagement better than you found it.</p><p dir="ltr">You’ll adapt your focus based on client and company needs, moving fluidly between hands-on product team work, multi-team leadership, and business-level strategy. You’ll spend meaningful time embedded with teams while also scaling impact across teams and organizations.</p><p dir="ltr"> </p><h2 dir="ltr">Your mission as a Principal Product Consultant</h2><p dir="ltr"><strong>Partner with clients as a strategic advisor</strong><br>Operate as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levels — from product teams to executives. You’ll shape product direction, connect product outcomes to enterprise-level performance, and craft the strategic narratives that align executive decision-makers. You establish how outcomes are tracked and governed, whether within a single team or across a portfolio.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Shape compelling solutions across multiple engagements of all sizes</strong><br>Own product team outcomes directly when needed while also leading across teams. You’ll define strategy, guide execution, and introduce repeatable practices (workshops, templates, playbooks, coaching plans, etc.) across discovery, delivery, and measurement that enable teams to operate effectively without you.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Support revenue growth through authentic relationships</strong><br>Identify and drive growth opportunities — from improving a single product’s performance to shaping broader investment decisions — through the lens of building an authentic partnership with the client. You’ve partnered directly with marketing and sales on positioning, differentiation, and GTM. You can re-shape pricing and packaging when AI changes cost-to-serve, value capture, or unit economics.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>AI Product and Workflow Fluency</strong><br>You’ve helped organizations build AI products responsibly and adapt to the operational changes AI creates.
