We are resourceful, creative, and agile, and we balance competing needs to create impactful solutions for the real estate industry.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li><span>Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate, and other key stakeholders.</span></li><li>Responsible for high and low-range supplier consolidation and local and community vendor activities.</li><li>Implement programs, facilitate supplier audits & QBRs, and initiatives to ensure the achievement of all goals, metrics, and KPIs are met.<span>  Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.</span></li><li><span>Develop and facilitate various complexity eRFPs, analyze responses, negotiate, and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.</span></li><li><span>Interprets contracts, coordinates SOWs, negotiates with vendors, and ensures appropriate contractual records retention plans are in place on the account. </span></li><li><span>Advise management regarding contractual rights, COI escalations, obligations, and other contractual matters, such as effective use of resources and legal issues.</span></li><li><span>Manage the development, installation, and maintenance of tracking & reporting mechanisms that yield the appropriate outputs and conform to requested forms and frequencies.</span></li><li><span>Maintain organized records to ensure any implemented system of checks and balances is being continually met for service contracts and additional compliance items.</span></li><li><span>Employ C&W best practices, policies, processes, tools, and templates </span>to include both C&W corporate and Client account specifications, <span>as well as engaging with Category Managers and preferred suppliers in the execution of Procurement responsibilities.</span></li><li><span>Participate at an appropriate level & frequency in all meetings and exhibit client presentation delivery expertise.</span></li><li><span>Generate and distribute all necessary and requested reports.</span></li><li><span>Maintain good business practices</span></li><li><span>Resolve issues from the client with respect to supplier performance and quality</span></li><li><span>Exhibit people leadership expertise by overseeing a Procurement Coordinator with an indirect reporting relationship.  </span></li><li>Experience using AI‑driven procurement, sourcing, and contract‑management platforms.</li><li>Ability to translate AI‑generated insights into strategic recommendations for client leadership</li><li>Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements and Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.</li><li>5+ years’ experience in <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Procurement/Strategic</span> Sourcing, ideally in Facility services, or related discipline. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Targeted Competencies:</b></p><ul><li>Understanding of the Strategic Sourcing processes and demonstrated proficiency with e-tools such as e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems</li><li>Must possess legal knowledge, the ability to prepare/negotiate agreements & amendments, and the ability to explain to clients the specifics of the contracts.</li><li>Must possess analytical and quantitative skills with ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management</li><li>Self-motivated and work independently to find solutions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WORK ENVIRONMENT </b></p><p>This job operates in a professional office environment.
