Role Summary
We are looking for a Manager to lead our Strategic Sourcing team. You will drive cost optimization, risk management, supplier performance, and ESG alignment. You will also lead and develop a team of procurement professionals and oversee complex sourcing projects.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing
- Develop sourcing strategies including direct sourcing from China and other key manufacturing countries.
- Lead high-value, complex sourcing initiatives from strategy to contract award.
- Drive cost optimization, TCO analysis, and value engineering.
- Lead strategic negotiations and supplier engagements.
- Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Integrate ESG principles into sourcing and contract management.
- Lead, coach, and manage Assistant Managers, Buyers, and Executives.
- Set KPIs, performance targets, and development plans.
- Cover urgent requests, unclear specifications, and operational gaps.
- Foster a high-performance, ethical team culture.
- Lead implementation of procurement policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audits.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and internal controls.
- Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
