Agentforce Operations is reimagining the back-office business operations by empowering companies to collaborate and automate complex business processes on a single platform. </span></b></p><p><b><span>We are seeking a senior product leader to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a Private Cloud Edition of our SaaS-based Agentforce Operations platform to be named as the  Agentforce Operations Private Cloud Edition (PCE). This role will focus on adapting our commercial SaaS product into a deployable, secure, compliant, and supportable edition that can run inside customer-owned, isolated, restricted or air-gapped cloud environments, including defense cloud enclaves, sovereign cloud environments, and customer-controlled private cloud deployments.</span></b></p><p><b><span>The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS product management experience with deep understanding of cloud architecture, regulated environments, cybersecurity, compliance, and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">enterprise/government</span> customer needs. display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Enterprise-readiness.</span></span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Dive deeply into product/platform architecture to ensure it supports key requirements of enterprise customers from both public and private sectors: secure cloud operations, AI/ML-enabled decision support, operational resilience.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Lead the definition, planning, and delivery of feature work and compliance efforts, coordinating across development, testing, UX/design, security, legal, and ops teams.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Collaborate closely with customers, partners, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), User Experience (UX), and User Research & Insights teams to identify opportunities and validate solutions.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Define and execute the product strategy for Agentforce Operations Private Cloud Edition (PCE), including refining pricing and packaging model focused on customer outcomes.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new products and features to ensure a successful launch.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Lead cross-functional product launch activities, ensuring sales and marketing teams are equipped to drive adoption and revenue.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Evangelize product value internally - Salesforce teams, engineering, product leadership leadership - and externally: enterprise and government customers, prospects, events.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Establish and track clear success metrics;
