Product Manager - Access and Enablement Services

Where you come in: As the Product Manager for Access and Enablement Services, you will help our customers get access to Dexcom CGM – navigating key milestones such as getting a prescription, validating coverage, and receiving supplies. You will define and deliver scalable, empathetic, and data-informed services and solutions into Dexcom products across both digital and human channels. Key Responsibilities: * Discovery: Lead the discovery process to convert opportunities to solutions in the pre-therapy stages of a Customer’s journey with Dexcom. Work collaboratively across functions at Dexcom, learn directly from customers, test and experiment to build compelling narratives for what solutions should be pursued and why * Development: Partner with Design, Development, and other critical functions to bring the solutions to life in a way that benefits our customers, meets business objectives, and fits within Dexcom enterprise requirements. * Delivery: Partner with Commercial and Customer facing teams to ensure smooth launch of new solutions into our diverse global markets * Ecosystem Integration: Ensure your solutions and experiences are consistent and scalable across channels, platforms and markets within the Dexcom ecosystem. * Outcomes and Key Results: Deliver on high level Product outcomes while defining and delivering on key results and outcomes specific to your area of ownership in Access and Enablement * Collaboration: Become a critical partner with our Experience, Market Access, Channel Management, Marketing, and other relevant teams to drive the best experience for our customers. Work effectively across engineering, design, customer service, customer support, IT, and other development teams to deliver integrated, scalable, compliant, and timely solutions. Partner closely within Product to ensure your solutions neatly integrate with the Dexcom product portfolio What makes you successful: * 3+ years in product management, preferably creating digital solutions to modernize service experiences * Experience with patient enablement services and solutions * Demonstration of strong Discovery skillset - including clearly defining outcomes, validating voice of customer, experimentation and idea refinement, and customer/business impact assessment * Ability to work cross functionally to ensure development of products meets customer and business requirements, negotiating challenges and constraints as they arise. * Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influence management effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management. * Strong presentation, influence, and communication skills * Comfortable engaging and navigating technical and design discussions * Ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments What you’ll get: * A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Travel Required: * 5-15% Experience and Education Requirements: * Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. * At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
