This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of live operations, data analytics, and player experience - working across a portfolio of sports titles including the globally recognised NBA 2K franchise. Key Responsibilities Consult with development partners on live operations strategies to influence short and long-term product performance Partner with studio leads to pitch new events, features, and initiatives across a portfolio of titles, testing performance and iterating quickly Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex features spanning multiple areas, including writing specs and managing design challenges Execute on product vision and strategy, monitoring product progression in partnership with product marketing, user acquisition, and data analytics Monitor core KPIs to diagnose issues and opportunities, ensuring product decisions are grounded in data analysis during Soft Launch and live operations Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve player satisfaction Conduct deep analysis of the in-game economy and game ecosystem Direct product analytics initiatives, identifying key performance indicators and translating data into strategic roadmaps Drive mobile-specific strategy and best practices across the product lifecycle Requirements 4+ years of product management experience within the gaming industry, preferably on the developer side Experience with LiveOps strategy and execution for mobile titles Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming market, including platform requirements and industry trends Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive product decisions High familiarity with the NBA and a deep understanding of basketball culture, rules, and relevance Outstanding written, verbal, organisational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Previous experience managing high-profile platform relationships (e.g., Apple, Google) Advanced proficiency in data visualisation and analytics tools
