This key role will be focused on enhancing the payments intelligence and orchestration platforms. </span></p><p><span>In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team, sales and customers to understand their business objectives to build a product focused on data-driven solutions that enhance payment performance, cost efficiency, and data management excellence. Leveraging your deep knowledge of the payments industry, you will contribute in building an AI driven payments intelligence product that allows global merchants to optimize their payment strategies, improve conversion rates, manage risks, and gain actionable insights from their data.</span></p><p></p><h2><b>Position Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Own and manage the product backlog for the payments orchestration & AI payments intelligence product features.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and product features based on business value, user feedback, and insights from data analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with engineers to scope and sequence features like observability modules, alerts, AI Agents, Anomaly Detection and Machine Learning based intelligence.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with the Payments Intelligence Engineering team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, analytics) to understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze payment and transaction data to inform feature development, identify user pain points, and uncover growth opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with design and frontend team members to craft intuitive UI/UX flows for routing workflows, configurations, dashboards, anomaly detection, AI agents and reporting interfaces.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Map end-to-end user journeys for both internal users (e.g., analysts, ops teams) and external users (e.g., merchants), ensuring usability Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree preferred<span> in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, Business or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p>7+ years<span> of product management experience in data analytics, payments, or financial technology products — or an equivalent role with a strong track record of delivering data-driven solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience in the payments industry (e.g., acquiring, processing, PSPs, gateways, or financial operations), with a solid understanding of payment flows, chargebacks, success rates, and operational KPIs.</span></p></li><li><p>Previous experience working for a merchant, payment service provider, or acquirer<span> is preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to define and manage product backlogs, write clear user stories, and prioritize features based on business impact and user feedback.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with transactional data, defining metrics, and drawing insights to guide product
