As Product Operations Manager, you'll be a strategic operator and systems thinker at the heart of Sephora's digital product ecosystem. The work you do will impact beauty, as you design, run, and continuously improve the operating model that enables Product Management and UX teams to do their best work. Drive clarity, consistency, and scale across product ways of working by owning operating rhythms, workflows, governance, standardized artifacts, release enablement, onboarding, training, and communications. * Lead AI-Enabled Process Improvements. Identify and apply AI tools and practices to reduce manual effort, improve information quality, increase team productivity, and support faster, better product and operational decisions — while maintaining trust, governance, and compliance. * Manage Systems of Record. Own platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, and JIRA integrations to ensure information is discoverable, current, and reliable across all teams. * Drive Cross-Functional Adoption. Communicate, document, and reinforce standardized ways of working across Product, UX, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Business, and Governance partners through practical examples and operational support. * Act as Connective Tissue Across Teams. Serve as a key alignment partner, clearly communicating intent, value, and impact to drive shared understanding and adoption of operational improvements. * Strengthen Team Culture. Champion a strong, inclusive team environment through thoughtfully designed onboarding experiences, training programs, shared rituals, and recognition celebrations. * * * ## What You'll Bring: * 6–8 Years of Operational Experience. A strong background in Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar roles, ideally supporting Product, UX, or Engineering teams in a product-led organization. * AI Fluency with Sound Judgment. Demonstrated ability to responsibly apply AI tools to improve productivity, strengthen synthesis and decision support, streamline workflows, and deliver higher-quality business outcomes. * Systems Thinking & Cross-Functional Influence. Strong end-to-end process orientation with the ability to align cross-functional teams around clear operating practices — influencing without formal authority through credibility, clarity, and compelling narratives. * Outcome-Oriented Mindset. Ability to define clear success criteria, execute against desired outcomes, and measure the impact of operational improvements using relevant qualitative and quantitative signals. * Strong Communication Skills. A relationship-driven communicator who builds trust across teams and can effectively engage both technical and business audiences. * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Professional Experience. What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $121,320.00 - $149,800.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
