<div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Fetch is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Director to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the Product & Technology organization. In this high-impact senior individual contributor role, you’ll help shape organizational direction, drive prioritization and investment decisions, and improve how Product, Technology, Growth, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams operate together.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You’ll partner closely with senior leadership (including CPO, CTO) to bring structure to ambiguous problems, improve operating rhythms, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who can operate at both the strategic and operational level — moving fluidly between long-term planning, organizational problem-solving, and hands-on execution.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and execution. You’ll help connect company strategy to product direction, roadmap prioritization, operational decision-making, and cross-functional execution across some of the company’s most important growth
