Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Product Testing Engineer (Remote) to join our innovative quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, evaluating, and validating new and existing products to ensure they meet the companys high standards of performance, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to document and communicate test results effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute test strategies, test cases, and procedures for new product releases.

  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify potential defects, performance issues, or usability problems.

  • Collaborate closely with design, development, and production teams to ensure that all specifications and quality requirements are met.

  • Analyze test results, prepare detailed test reports, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.

  • Perform regression testing to ensure product functionality after updates or modifications.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, results, and recommendations.

  • Participate in product review meetings and provide insights from the testing perspective.

  • Stay updated on emerging testing tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.

  • Strong knowledge of product testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect tracking systems.

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar software.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to analyze technical data, detect inconsistencies, and suggest process improvements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation.

  • Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Experience

  • Entry to Mid-level: 1–3 years of experience in product testing, QA engineering, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and passion for testing are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working schedule.

  • Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility depending on project deadlines).

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required for urgent product testing cycles.
