As the world leader in serving science, our laboratory professionals bring their commitment to accuracy and quality to deliver groundbreaking innovations</p><p></p><h2>Discover Impactful Work:</h2><p>As a Program Manager II you will provide tactical support for client-facing projects by managing and supporting project performance with specific emphasis on financial management of the program and progressive responsibility for client communications. You will provide internal consulting on project management issues and identify opportunities for process and efficiency improvement. Additionally, you will identify and escalates risks identified to project timelines and meeting financial objectives for both internal goals and client expectations.</p><p></p><h2>A Day in the Life:</h2><ul><li><p>Provides oversight and coordination of study initiation.</p></li><li><p>Understands protocol language and translates to internal systems and processes.</p></li><li><p>Prepares for and facilitates internal meetings; attends external meetings</p></li><li><p>Coordinates stability launches</p></li><li><p>Maintains project set-up and sample test scheduling</p></li><li><p>Evaluates and manages project timelines and deliverables</p></li><li><p>Understands and adheres to contract language, support contract management process</p></li><li><p>Manages project setup and financials</p></li><li><p>Responsible for projections, forecast and revenue recognition for fee for service, hourly or FTE programs, adhering to client budgets and utilization targets, adjusting forecasts or project priority weekly as necessary; communicate routine FTE utilization and spend.</p></li><li><p>Progressive responsibility for internal and external communications, beginning with project financial coordination.</p></li><li><p>Assists client relationship manager with meeting minutes and action items to support client projects</p></li><li><p>Manages study documents and testing directives, shares data/reports</p></li><li><p>Supports fee for service and hourly contract review processes</p></li><li><p>Provides/Supports training of Program Manager I</p></li><li><p>Involvement in cross-functional initiatives/process improvements</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Keys to Success:</h2><p></p><p><u>Education</u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Experience</u></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3+ years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
