Job Description

  1. Leading and driving seller management operations and it's related projects to drive strategic initiative for sellers growth.
  2. Design and implement seller programs that align with LAZADA's strategic goals; Tasks include but not limited to target setting, benefit design, program tracking, program framework design, performance steering.
  3. Project management with responsibilities to manage timelines, resources, budgets, and program operations.
  4. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure
  5. Sales performance and revenue management of seller programs and seller-related P&L
  6. Proactive process improvement to build sustainable operations and ecosystem development

Requirement
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Above five years of experience in commercial / sales operations, preferably in an e-commerce or tech
  3. Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on achieving operational targets and driving results.
  4. Strong understanding of project management and commercial
  5. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and present findings to senior management.
  7. Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
