The PM provides leadership, oversight, and coordination across all task areas to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements, adherence to schedules, effective resource utilization, and alignment with Government priorities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the principal liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Government stakeholders</li> <li>Provide day-to-day management of contract activities, ensuring alignment with PWS requirements and Government objectives</li> <li>Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and control of all project activities</li> <li>Monitor milestone progress and proactively identify issues that may impact Government decision points</li> <li>Ensure timely delivery of all required contract deliverables, including reports, briefings, and documentation</li> <li>Provide oversight of technical project management activities supporting correspondence systems (e.g., ICCT, ECMM, CoRe)</li> <li>Support analysis of policy, regulatory, and process changes impacting correspondence, FOIA, FACA, and records management functions</li> <li>Guide development of business cases, analyses, and process improvement recommendations</li> <li>Ensure integration of content management, records management, and governance practices into project execution</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Natural Resource Preservation organizations</li> <li>Experience with USDA, Forest Service, or similar Federal agencies</li> <li>Familiarity with correspondence and content management systems (e.g., ICCT, ECMM, CoRe, SharePoint)</li> <li>Certification such as <strong>PMP (Project Management Professional)</strong> or equivalent</li> <li>Experience applying process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems.</li> <li>Subject matter expert (SME) with Federal Records Management, including FOIA and FACA requirements, Section 508 Regulations</li> <li>Expertise with technical writing requirements for the federal government.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Corporate Summary:</strong></p> <p>Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is an Economically Disadvantaged, Woman-Owned, HUBZone small business.
