Property Manager-Residential Single Family Properties-Remote Experienced Only

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and experience in property management, customer service, and conflict resolution. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage tenant relationships, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and maintain the overall quality of the properties under management. Duties • Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. • Utilize property management softwares for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management. • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner. • Provide strong phone communication skills and response time • Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. • Implement effective sales strategies for upselling available units or services. • Maintain accurate records of property maintenance requests and navigate property maintenance dispatch and follow up • Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements. • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Experience • Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is required. • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is preferred. • Strong knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is a plus. • Demonstrated ability in conflict management and negotiation skills. • Experience in facilities management and maintaining compliance with safety standards is beneficial. • Must have strong phone skills and customer service mindset • Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office experience is essential. • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors.
