This position serves as a member of a team with the responsibility to ensure quality service is provided to customers through the generation and control of program processes, performance of internal process audits and consistent facilitation of structured improvement activities.</p><p></p><p>The contract vehicle emphasizes Quality Manager – Program Manager partnership and a risk-based quality approach tailored to the needs of each specific program.
