This role will focus on improving recruiting processes, managing special hiring programs, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance hiring effectiveness.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support and manage recruiting programs (e.g., university hiring, diversity initiatives, early career programs)</li><li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align program goals and execution</li><li>Track program progress, metrics, and outcomes; provide regular updates</li><li>Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows for better efficiency</li><li>Implement recruitment strategies to fill positions (i.e., employee referrals, internet postings, networking, job fairs)</li><li>Support all activities in the recruitment life cycle including candidate management, sourcing, and planning through the use of social media and other sources, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, and offer management.</li><li>Build candidate pipelines, coordinate and schedule phone screen and on-site interviews, facilitate the overall interview process and provide world-class interview experience</li><li>Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, and other relevant methods to provide high quality candidates for open positions.</li><li>Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency-based assessments during their interview to test and screen candidates.</li><li>Coordinate events, campaigns, and hiring initiatives end-to-end</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, business teams, operations)</li><li>Ensure consistent communication and timely execution of program deliverables<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or program coordination experience</li><li>Experience supporting recruiting programs (campus, or high-volume hiring)</li><li>Familiarity with ATS tools and reporting</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Self-motivated team player with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Data-driven mindset with attention to detail<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Salary Range<br><br></strong></strong>$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr<br><br>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
