In this role, you will establish relationships with customers and develop an account plan to target key accounts to better position Armoda for growth. You will interface with personnel within RedGuard and Armoda to develop client presentations, establish Armoda on client AVL’s, and develop proposals. The Regional Account Manager will drive Armoda revenue   by increasing our market coverage, increase diversification efforts, and focus on establishing Armoda as an approved vendor with key accounts earlier in the sales cycle. You will work directly with the estimating, project management, inside sales, service, and logistics to advance project requirements and develop solutions for clients. The primary territory for this role will focus on the US Gulf Coast, but travel will be required as we   continue to expand our coverage and business development efforts in the Western Hemisphere. Expansion will target Offshore Wind, Shipyards, Ports, Renewables, and other industries to expand Armoda’s footprint within the offshore and onshore modular sectors for custom projects and rental opportunities. This role will be responsible for traveling for client meetings, presentations, facility audits, tradeshows, and networking events. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Manages accounts, develops account plans, and builds relationships with current and potential clientele. </p><p>· Develops pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets within custom projects and rental opportunities.</p><p>· Identifies and qualifies leads, coordinates responses to proposals, negotiates contracts, secures awards, and communicates competitor and market intelligence reports.</p><p>· Establishes account agreements and completes pre-qualifications in order to position Armoda as an approved vendor.</p><p>· Travels for meetings, presentations, site visits/facility audits, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions.</p><p>· Provides weekly updates on pipeline/forecast in order to coordinate resources with service, logistics and production.</p><p>· Continually update CRM reports through HubSpot to build client database.</p><p>Requirements</p><p>  </p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong> </p><p><br></p><p>· Associate degree or higher in Business or related field; and 5+ years of experience in business development or outside sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </p><p>· Experience in the oil and gas or maritime sectors.</p><p>· Ability to understand basic technical/engineering principles related to modular structures.</p><p>· Valid Driver’s License.</p><p>· Ability to obtain a Passport.</p><p>· Excellent   interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.</p><p>· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.</p><p>· Organized with attention to detail. </p><p>· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p><p><br></p><p>· Experience in the offshore and modular   fabrication sectors. </p><p>· Obtaining new customers through business   development.</p><p>· Knowledge and understanding of technical buildings and offshore requirements.</p><p>· Experience working with EPC and OEM firms.</p><h3><br></h3><p><strong>Work Environment</strong> </p><p>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
