We simplify Due Diligence, Transitions, Utilities, Facilities services, and Capital Managemen,t and strengthen Vendor partnerships so associates feel supported, clients feel confident, and residents feel at home.</p> <h2>Position Summary</h2> <p>The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the performance of maintenance operations of multi-family properties including oversight of physical condition of all communities, coordination of all preventative maintenance programs, evaluation of programs, employee safety, oversight of maintenance policies and procedures for properties under his/her supervision.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Work in conjunction with the Director of Facilities Maintenance in developing a best in class maintenance program</li> <li>Provide technical and operational support to maintenance and operational teams and create operational efficiencies and ensure maintenance performance standards are met</li> <li>Work directly with the Regional Vice President and the Regional Management team to implement company and ownership goals for each property including maximizing revenue and controlling expenses</li> <li>Ensure the turn-key and service operations operate efficiently and effectively</li> <li>Implement RPM's preventative maintenance program, report, review and improve Inspect and audit properties to verify they are following company policies and procedures</li> <li>Troubleshoot and take the lead on larger maintenance-related issues Identify life-safety, employee safety and physical hazards on-site and provide corrective solutions</li> <li>Ensure properties are operating in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements, including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, NFPA, electrical and building codes</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company safety policies and identifying and remediating safety hazards</li> <li>Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding maintenance teams and developing a mentoring program</li> <li>Ensure maintenance team members complete required training and assist in developing and facilitating additional training</li> <li>Conduct hands on maintenance training classes for all maintenance associates</li> </ul> <h2>Education and Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Must have proven organizational training skills</li> <li>5+ years experience as a Service Manager in the multi-family industry  </li> <li>Experience creating SOPs and training preferred</li> <li>Yardi knowledge and MS OFfice experience including Excel</li> <li>EPA certification and CPO</li> <li>EPA proctor or Certified Pool Instructor preferred</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time</li> <li>Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data</li> <li>Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer</li> <li>May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds</li> <li>Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment</li> </ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>This is a remote role, requiring the associate to be based and travel in California, with occasional travel to Las Vegas.</li> <li>The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions</li> </ul> <h2>Company Information</h2> <p>Join RPM Living and experience exceptional benefits designed to enhance your life.</p> <ul> <li>Weekly pay for all associates working onsite at an apartment community</li> <li>Comprehensive healthcare coverage available for all full-time, regular associates </li> <li>Employer-paid employee assistance, mental health, and wellness programs</li> <li>Ancillary benefits including critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance</li> <li>401(k) with robust company match </li> <li>Opportunities for professional development, career growth, and role-based learning plans</li> <li>Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERG)</li> <li>Paid time off plus floating holidays and volunteer days</li> <li>Discounted Perks (Costco membership, movie tickets, health & wellness, entertainment & travel discounts)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires.
