Behavioral Fluency is a growing ABA company that provides high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 2 – 8 in a play-based, natural environment teaching setting. Henderson Office:

  • Bright, play-based therapy rooms

Las Vegas Office:

  • 3,500 sq. ft. gym

Position Overview

We’re looking for energetic, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team at both locations.

This clinic-based position involves:

  • Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in a structured yet flexible environment
  • Supporting social and group sessions
  • Helping clients build meaningful connections and confidence

Schedule

  • Part-Time
  • Option to move to Full-Time

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification (BACB & NV)
  • Experience working with children, teens, or young adults
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of ABA principles and data collection
  • Positive, flexible, and compassionate approach to teaching and learning

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

License/Certification:

  • RBT Certification (Required)
