Registered Nurse

Novant Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care to individuals and families across a variety of clinical settings, using advanced technology and a collaborative approach to improve health outcomes. As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient responses, escalating concerns and collaborating with providers to adjust plans of care as needed.

You will document all aspects of care accurately and efficiently within the electronic health record (EHR), ensuring timely communication of critical information to physicians, advanced practice providers, and other team members. This position requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of safety and compassion.
