Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our diverse client base, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures in both Spanish and English.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve recurring issues.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
