[Remote] Business Development & Acquisitions Manager – Outbound Growth (AirBnb)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Barclé Group is a fast-growing vacation rental management company managing high-performing Airbnb investment properties. They are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development & Acquisitions Representative to drive new property acquisitions and build a consistent pipeline of management opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new property acquisitions for Barclé Group
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new Airbnb management opportunities through outbound outreach, relationship building, and follow-up
  • Generate and convert business through:
  • Daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to Austin real estate agents and investor-focused brokers
  • Building long-term referral relationships with realtors, mortgage lenders, and real estate professionals
  • Proactively reaching out to Airbnb and short-term rental owners
  • Following up with homeowner and investor leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Booking discovery calls for rental income projections and management consultations
  • Attending networking events, investor meetups, and real estate gatherings
  • Managing a structured pipeline of leads from first contact to signed management agreement
  • Consistently tracking activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and consistent follow-ups
  • Self-starter who does not require heavy supervision
  • Reliable, disciplined, and consistent work ethic
  • Based in or familiar with the Austin, Texas market (or willing to focus heavily on it)
  • Motivated by growth, commission, and performance-based income
  • Prior experience in sales, leasing, or outbound prospecting
  • Existing network in Austin real estate (agents, lenders, investors)
  • Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Real estate license (or interest in obtaining one)
