They are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development & Acquisitions Representative to drive new property acquisitions and build a consistent pipeline of management opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive new property acquisitions for Barclé Group
- Build a consistent pipeline of new Airbnb management opportunities through outbound outreach, relationship building, and follow-up
- Generate and convert business through:
- Daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to Austin real estate agents and investor-focused brokers
- Building long-term referral relationships with realtors, mortgage lenders, and real estate professionals
- Proactively reaching out to Airbnb and short-term rental owners
- Following up with homeowner and investor leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Booking discovery calls for rental income projections and management consultations
- Attending networking events, investor meetups, and real estate gatherings
- Managing a structured pipeline of leads from first contact to signed management agreement
- Consistently tracking activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and consistent follow-ups
