The role involves leading the Cerner Bridge Medical implementation, optimizing Clinical Patient Care Management workflows, and collaborating with hospital IT teams to ensure system effectiveness. Responsibilities You’ll be the lead for Cerner Bridge Medical, ensuring that barcode medication administration (BCMA), specimen collection are rock solid You will refine Clinical Patient Care Management (PCM) workflows—everything from iView and PowerForms to dynamic documentation and clinical task lists When the frontline staff hits a wall with the system, you’re the one who dives into Bedrock or DCPTools to find the fix Ensuring that the 'Positive Patient Identification' (PPID) workflows actually prevent errors without creating 'alert fatigue' for the clinical team Working closely with hospital IT teams and clinical leadership to validate builds and lead remote testing sessions Skills Experience Level Senior / Subject Matter Expert Understanding of patient safety and nursing workflows Lead for Cerner Bridge Medical, ensuring barcode medication administration (BCMA) and specimen collection Refine Clinical Patient Care Management (PCM) workflows including iView and PowerForms Problem-solving skills to dive into Bedrock or DCPTools to find fixes Ensuring Positive Patient Identification (PPID) workflows prevent errors without creating alert fatigue Remote collaboration with hospital IT teams and clinical leadership Years of experience with Cerner Millennium build tools (Bedrock, CoreEventManager, etc.) Specialized knowledge of Bridge and PCM modules in at least 2–3 full-lifecycle implementations or major optimizations Clinical background (RN or Informatics) or experience in hospitals to understand acute care workflows Ability to communicate effectively with both software engineers and Chief Nursing Officers Company Overview Kodeva is one of the fast emerging leaders in providing affordable and cutting-edge IT and Engineering services for organizations fortune 100 - Fortune 500.
