They are seeking a Civil Engineering Solutions Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding strategic customers in aligning Bentley’s solutions with their business goals and driving long-term value through technical expertise and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical expert for strategic customer accounts, helping teams and customers understand Bentley’s products and how they solve real business problems
- Partner closely with Account Managers and customers to build technical account strategies, lead discovery conversations, and identify value‑driven solutions
- Design and recommend tailored infrastructure software solutions based on customer needs, workflows, and industry standards
- Define scopes of work to support successful implementations and deliver user training when needed
- Collaborate with Product, Services, and Marketing teams to share customer insights, influence product improvements, and support new go‑to‑market initiatives
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts that clearly communicate product value and impact
- Address technical questions and objections while highlighting Bentley’s competitive advantages
- Create sales‑ready technical content, including presentations, videos, datasets, and proposal contributions
