We’re seeking a Remote Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to support commercial lines operations, with a focus on certificates of insurance and contract compliance. This is a detail-driven role where accuracy, organization, and communication are critical. You will work closely with account managers and producers to ensure policies meet contractual requirements while helping protect both clients and the agency. This is a fully remote, Monday-through-Friday role.

  • Base salary: $45,000-$55,000 based on experience

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty license
  • Prior commercial insurance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret insurance contracts and requirements
  • Team-oriented with strong accountability
  • Applied Epic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, issue, and manage Certificates of Insurance accurately and on time
  • Review contracts and insurance requirements to ensure compliance
  • Verify coverage, limits, and endorsements align with contractual obligations
  • Identify coverage gaps and escalate issues to account managers or producers
  • Communicate with clients and third parties regarding certificate requests
  • Support quality control and maintain audit-ready records
