Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned customers, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within careerzynith. Conduct regular check‑ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to align careerzynith’s solutions with each customer’s evolving goals. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and expanding product usage based on usage data and customer feedback. Issue Resolution & Support Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and rapid resolution.
