Job Summary

Concentrix is seeking motivated and dedicated female professionals to join our Remote Customer Support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide solutions, guidance, and information regarding products, services, or processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and processes.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team and individual performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
