Position Overview

ModSquad is actively seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic network. In this fully remote role, you’ll handle a variety of customer interactions via inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns for a diverse clientele spanning tech, e-commerce, gaming, and entertainment. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a variety of customer interactions (phone, email, chat, and SMS) with professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Manage flexible work schedules and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members while following client policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk or other CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple browsers and tabs while handling customer communications.
  • Capacity to show empathy and maintain professionalism under challenging situations.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Adept at following client policies and guidelines while remaining objective.

Workspace Requirements

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above.
  • Willingness to install ModSquad's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device.
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures.
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 Mbps or greater.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM, with dual monitors highly recommended.

Compensation

Individual base pay or rate depends on various factors including primary work location, role complexity, job duties, and relevant experience.
