What You'll Do As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our vast content library, viewer data, and operational information. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver seamless entertainment experiences to millions of subscribers around the globe. Key Responsibilities • Accurate Data Input Enter, update, and maintain various types of data in our enterprise systems, including content metadata, viewer information, licensing details, and financial records with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. • Data Validation Review and verify incoming data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in existing records to ensure data integrity. • Content Management Assist in organizing and cataloging our extensive content library, ensuring all titles, descriptions, genres, and metadata are properly categorized and easily accessible. • Documentation Support Prepare and process various documents, forms, and reports as required. Maintain organized digital files and archives for easy retrieval. • Quality Assurance Perform regular quality checks on data entries, implementing best practices to minimize errors and maintain high standards of data quality. • System Updates Assist in keeping our databases and information systems current with the latest content additions, subscriber information, and operational updates. • Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams including content acquisition, marketing, finance, and technology to ensure seamless data flow and alignment across departments. • Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance data entry processes, suggest efficiency improvements, and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
