Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing timely support via email, chat, or phone.

  • Coordinate healthcare appointments, referrals, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure patient needs are met efficiently.

  • Manage and update patient databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Track service requests and escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed.

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and summaries to support operational decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
