Advise clients on HR strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws and business practices. Resolve complex HR issues, such as employee relations, corrective actions, terminations, and policy development. Maintain a high level of service by meeting key performance indicators, contributing to client retention and overall growth. Educate and train clients and their employees on Bambee s products and services. What You Need to Know Earn Money We pay $3.50 per HR request. The expected completed volume is 50 cases per day, which can translate to around $46,000 annually at almost full-time. Your payout will be based on the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) surveys you receive.
