Teachers work directly with students and families to provide encouragement, accountability, and individualized support while collaborating with colleagues across the program.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt"><span style="font-weight: bold">All OpenEd Teachers share the same core role, regardless of certification or endorsement area.</span> While teachers bring valuable subject-matter expertise, assignments are based on student and program needs and will not always align directly with a teacher’s specific endorsement.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">In addition to their core student group, teachers may take on additional assignments across the program, such as tutoring, small-group instruction, or other areas of support, based on program needs. While specific assignments may shift over time, the core responsibilities of an OpenEd Teacher remain consistent. Teachers should expect regular synchronous work with students, ongoing communication with students and parents, and grading responsibilities aligned with program expectations.</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
