Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Remote IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide top-tier technical support to our clients across Germany. This fully remote role is ideal for English-speaking IT professionals who are passionate about resolving technical issues efficiently and ensuring seamless user experiences. As part of our IT support team, you will be the first point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via email, chat, or ticketing system.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.

  • Provide remote assistance and support for software installations, updates, and configurations.

  • Stay updated on IT policies, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT software applications.

  • Experience with remote desktop tools, VPNs, and ticketing systems.

Experience
