In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients hardware, software, and network systems. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
Log, track, and manage support requests using ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Guide end-users through step-by-step solutions and ensure user satisfaction.
Monitor IT systems and proactively identify potential issues or risks.
