We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote LMS Support / E-Learning Content Assistant. Responsibilities - Provide technical support and assistance to clients using our LMS platform - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues reported by clients - Assist in the creation and maintenance of e-learning content, including videos, quizzes, and other interactive materials - Collaborate with the content team to ensure all materials are accurate and up-to-date - Conduct quality assurance checks on all e-learning content to ensure functionality and user-friendliness - Communicate regularly with clients to gather feedback and make necessary updates to the LMS and e-learning materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-learning and LMS management - Assist with training and onboarding of new clients on our LMS platform - Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs in the LMS platform Requirements - Associates or Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in e-learning development and/or LMS support - Strong technical skills and proficiency with learning management systems, preferably Moodle or Canvas - Experience with video editing software and authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Camtasia - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the sports industry Benefits - Competitive salary - Full-time, remote position with flexible hours - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Access to cutting-edge technology and tools for e-learning development and support If you are passionate about education and have experience with e-learning development and LMS support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Evolution Sports Group.
