About the Position

We are urgently hiring remote Owner Service Agents to provide exceptional customer support to GE Appliance owners. In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, part inquiries, registration details, troubleshooting, dealer location information, delivery inquiries, and service support.

What Yo will Do

After completing 9 weeks of paid training, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels

  • Assist customers with product information, parts, post-purchase questions, and service needs

  • Use critical thinking to troubleshoot customer issues and follow concession guidelines when needed

  • Access, update, and maintain accurate customer records and service logs

  • Provide feedback to training and quality assurance teams to improve tools and processes

  • Follow established policies and procedures, including workplace safety standards

  • Support additional business needs as assigned

What You will Bring

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Strong desire to help customers and solve problems

  • Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, and written)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

  • Solid typing skills and familiarity with Windows-based applications

  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient—even with difficult customers

  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability

  • Ability to work independently while following direction

  • Must be able to communicate in English fluently

Remote Workspace Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • A quiet, private work area suitable for company-provided equipment (PC, monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc.)

  • Hardwired high-speed internet (no satellite or DSL allowed)

  • Minimum internet speed requirements:

    • Ping: < 50

    • Download: 50 Mbps or higher

    • Upload: 15 Mbps or higher
