This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients by helping them improve their overall health. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"> </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday-Friday with flexible scheduling (32 patient contact hours minimum + 8hrs of administrative time). Preferred states include CA, TX, FL, NY, PA, IL, OH, GA, NC, MI </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Unrestricted DEA licensure and prescribe authority (per state practice regulation). </p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 4 years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting, family or internal medicine; experience in chronic condition management and weight management preferred.  If no formal training in weight management, willingness to participate in knownwell clinical education and training plan for weight management and/or pursue OMA APC certification.
