Remote | Procurement & Vendor Management Evaluation Consultant — $70–$110/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for procurement and vendor management professionals experienced in reviewing sourcing materials, vendor assessments, RFx documents, contract summaries, supplier scorecards, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready business artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on procurement and vendor management artifact review, rubric-based evaluation, document and spreadsheet assessment, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to Procurement & Vendor Management Artifact Review • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving procurement, sourcing, vendor selection, supplier evaluation, contract review, and vendor management • Review procurement materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance • Assess artifacts involving RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, vendor comparisons, sourcing strategies, negotiation summaries, procurement timelines, and supplier performance materials • Identify inaccurate assumptions, unclear criteria, incomplete vendor analysis, weak recommendations, or poor linkage between procurement data and conclusions Vendor Assessment & Sourcing Evaluation • Review materials involving vendor scorecards, supplier risk, pricing comparisons, contract terms, SLAs, service levels, renewal decisions, and vendor performance reporting • Assess whether recommendations are realistic, measurable, and aligned with the stated business context • Evaluate procurement matrices, decision frameworks, supplier summaries, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability • Provide clear written feedback that improves procurement reasoning and artifact quality Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, supplier management, contract review, purchasing, category management, or related work • Native or professional fluency in English • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment Educational Background • Academic backgrounds in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, economics, law, project management, public administration, or related fields may be relevant • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable • Professional training in procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, or vendor evaluation may also be relevant depending on project scope Nice to Have • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field • Certifications or training such as CPSM, CIPS, CPP, CPPM, APMP, PMP, or comparable procurement-related credentials • Experience creating or reviewing RFx materials, vendor scorecards, supplier comparisons, contract summaries, pricing analyses, procurement dashboards, or management presentations • Familiarity with vendor due diligence, supplier risk, SLA review, contract renewal analysis, pricing benchmarks, or category strategy • Strong ability to evaluate both procurement substance and visual/presentation quality Why This Opportunity • Apply procurement and vendor management expertise to structured remote evaluation work • Review high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across sourcing and supplier management topics • Contribute to accurate, rigorous, and professionally presented procurement materials • Use your procurement judgment and communication skills to improve artifact quality • Remote structure with competitive hourly compensation Contract Details • Independent contractor role • Fully remote with flexible scheduling • Eligible professionals may be based in approved project locations depending on project needs • Project commitment may vary depending on availability and scope • Competitive rates between $70–$110 per hour depending on expertise and project scope • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise • Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance • Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution About the Platform This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
