[Remote] Senior Recruiting Coordinator, Technology (T)

They are seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator for Technology to provide high-level operational and coordination support for technical recruiting efforts, ensuring a candidate-centric recruiting process aligned with Ensemble's standards of excellence. • Responsibilities • Own and manage complex recruiter screens and multi-panel technical interview scheduling, including senior-level and hard-to-fill technology roles • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups, proactively resolving conflicts and last-minute changes • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a professional, organized, and responsive candidate experience aligned with Ensemble’s brand • Prepare and distribute interview agendas, ensure interviewer readiness, and maintain consistency with Ensemble interview standards • Partner with Technical Recruiters to provide proactive sourcing support for technology roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and internal talent pools • Conduct initial resume screens against defined technical and functional requirements • Support targeted outreach efforts and track engagement and response metrics • Assist with building and maintaining bench and future-ready pipelines for recurring or strategic technology needs • Maintain highly accurate, real-time candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Track candidate movement through each stage of the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring visibility and accountability • Produce and distribute pipeline, aging, scheduling, and activity reports for recruiters and leadership • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or data inconsistencies and proactively partner with recruiters to resolve them • Support Ensemble’s focus on measurable recruiting outcomes, including time-to-fill and candidate experience metrics • Collect, track, and document interviewer feedback following recruiter screens and interviews • Ensure feedback is completed timely and in accordance with Ensemble policies and compliance standards • Proactively follow up with interviewers to close feedback gaps and support hiring decision timelines • Maintain audit-ready documentation to support hiring decisions and internal reviews • Support job posting, requisition management, and ATS workflows for technology roles • Assist with offer process administration, including approvals, documentation tracking, and coordination with recruiters • Partner with recruiting leadership to maintain templates, interview guides, and process documentation • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, coordination efficiency, and candidate experience • Serve as a trusted operational resource to recruiters and hiring managers • Skills • 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition support • Demonstrated experience supporting technology recruiting (engineering, data, product, IT, or digital roles) • Advanced experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred; Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever also acceptable) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of complex scheduling with minimal errors • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and process discipline • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interacting with senior stakeholders • Experience supporting executive‑level or highly specialized technical searches • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing analytics • Experience building or maintaining recruiting dashboards and reports • Interest in long‑term growth within Talent Acquisition (Recruiter, Senior RC, or Recruiting Operations paths) • Benefits • Associate Benefits –We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs. • Growth – We invest in your professional development.
