About the Role

PeakId (fitness coaching) and JG Consultancy (business coaching for fitness entrepreneurs) are growing online brands led by James Gough. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer to help manage and expand our online presence across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube (including Shorts) for both brands
  • Create engaging daily content including captions, graphics, photos, and videos
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email campaigns via GHL/Mailgun
  • Assist with lead generation and support the sales team
  • Perform social media outreach, respond to DMs, and help book calls with leads
  • Collaborate with setters, sales reps, and coaches to align content with sales goals
  • Track analytics, engagement, and performance; provide monthly reports and insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and video/photo content creation skills
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, SEO, and online marketing
  • Experience using Canva Pro, ClickFunnels, Trello, GHL, and Mailgun
  • High-performance desktop/laptop suitable for video editing and content storage
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Strong English communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions
  • Experience working with international or Western-based brands/coaching businesses is highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
